PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The controller of the personal data holyeli.eu the E-shop is Else Click OÜ, registry code 16670406, telephone number +372 59005003 and e-mail info@holyeli.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “merchant”).
WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
- name;
- Contact information, such as phone number and email address;
- payer’s and delivery address;
- bank account number;
- the cost of goods and services and payment data (purchase history);
- customer support data;
- other information related to customer surveys and/or offers.
THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of performance of the contract entered into with the client. Personal data is processed for the performance of a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and resolution of consumer disputes).
Personal data is used to manage the customer’s orders and deliver the goods.
Purchase history data (date of purchase, goods, quantity, customer data) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyse customer preferences.
The bank account number is used to refund payments to the customer.
Personal data such as e-mail address, phone number, name of the customer are processed in order to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).
The IP address or other online identifiers of the user of the e-shop are processed for the provision of the e-shop as an information society service and for the compilation of web usage statistics.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO PROCESSORS
The Merchant shall keep the Client’s personal data that has become known to it in the course of registering and using the User Account confidential and shall disclose them to third parties only with the consent of the Client, unless the obligation or right to disclose the data arises from legislation. The user of the E-shop agrees that the Merchant has the right to process the Client’s data in order to provide the Client with suitable services, including forwarding the Client’s data to persons who are involved in the provision of the service by the Merchant to the Client.
SECURITY AND ACCESS TO DATA
Personal data is stored on the servers of Zone Media OÜ, which are located on the territory of a member state of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries with an adequate level of data protection assessed by the European Commission and to US companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework.
The e-shop implements appropriate physical, organisational and information technology security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access and disclosure.
Forwarding of personal data to the processors of the online store – the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of agreements entered into with the online store and the processors. Data processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards when processing personal data.
ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data stored in the online store can be accessed and corrections can be made in the account management of the online store. If the purchase has been made as a guest (without a user account), then a request for personal data can be submitted by e-mail info@holyeli.eu.
STORAGE
Upon closing the customer account of the online store, personal data will be deleted, unless such data is necessary to be stored for accounting purposes or for the resolution of consumer disputes.
If the purchase in the online store has been made as a guest (without a user account), the personalized purchase history will be stored for 3 years.
In the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be stored until the claim is fulfilled or until the expiry of the limitation period (three years).
The personal data necessary for accounting purposes is stored for 7 years.
DELETION
The personal data stored in the e-shop together with the user account can be deleted by writing info@holyeli.eu to the e-mail of your request. You can submit a request for the deletion of other personal data by e-mail. The request for deletion will be responded to no later than within a month and the period of deletion of the data will be specified.
DIRECT MARKETING NOTICES
The e-mail address and phone number will be used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing notifications, they must select the relevant link in the header of the e-mail or contact customer support.
If personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing (profiling), the client has the right to object to both the initial and further processing of their personal data, including profiling related to direct marketing, at any time by notifying customer support thereof by e-mail.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
